Moving On

Happy graduation to Jord!!!
He graduated this last weekend from USU with his bachelors in Accounting and Financial Planning. I am so proud.
He did great. I'm glad I married such a smart man.
Now he just has three years of law in Nevada and he'll be DONE.

Moving day!
Thank you to the Gardner bunch and my dad and Janice for coming up and helping us move.
I absolutely hate moving and never want to do it again!
We are down in St. George again. Kinda.
We're living in the Gardner's cabin in Pine Valley for the summer until we move to Nevada.
This was our lovely kitchen. All packed up and ready to leave our first apartment together.
I loved that little cinder block apartment.
...so many wonderful memories...
but its time for us to be moving on.

Leaving

I can't believe we'll be outta here in less than a week.
We've been here for five years.
I have really come to love this valley.
It sure is beautiful....
in the summer and fall.
I'll be happy to leave the winters behind.

GOODBYE LOGAN!

23 years & 24 weeks

Happy birthday to me! Finally.... 23. I feel like I should be older than this.
Me and Jo went to Thanksgiving Point Gardens for the Tulip Festival for my bday. I love that place. It was so beautiful. Only thing we didn't so much enjoy was the millions of people who decided to go to the Gardens to celebrate my birthday with me. Its hard being so cool. That place was super BUSY!
I may be 23 years old but baby Gardner is 24 weeks!!

Some facts about me and baby so far:
  • Supposedly my uterus is as big as a soccer ball now and the baby is almost a foot long.
  • I had my first ever case of acid reflux and thought I was going to die. Acid reflux sucks!
  • My face does not show the "pregnancy glow." Unless the glow is from all the red marks from zits on my face. Ugly.
  • At my last appointment they said I have only gained about five pounds through out my pregnancy so far. I don't exactly believe them. I feel ginormous.
  • This baby boy loves to move and kick. He is very active. Especially right before I go to sleep.

Cache County Gals

These are my Cache County Gals.
They took me out to Texas Roadhouse last night
for my going away/baby shower/birthday dinner.
YUM.
Me, Marsha and Diane
Suzy & Leslie
I've LOVED my job and the people I've worked with.
Today is my "official" last day.
(although I'll be coming back in next Thursday to do more training)
I'm going to miss this place!

Graduation Gift

Apple MacBook Pro
We are pretty excited. Today we are getting this little beauty for Jordan's graduation gift. I think its about time he gets a new computer. Its been six years with the same laptop, which is big enough to be a desk top. He was too embarrassed to bring that old laptop to school. Plus its probably too heavy to be heaving around.

We're Mac virgins. This will be the first Mac for both of us. Its the Mac Book Pro. Im pretty sure its made out of aluminum...

Yay! Im excited to try it out today. Its going to make skyping so much easier.

Conference Arts & Crafts

Last year I made jewelry, this year its about baby.
During Saturday's conference I made 7 onesies.
I bought a couple packs of gerber onesies and added these appliqués.
I found the tutorials here.

I then scanned the craft blogs and found a tutorial for these hemp ball accents and decided to make them too.
I actually only made the green ones.
I bought the others.
This turned out to be a smart move because the two green balls took me an hour and a half to do.

Introducing...

Our little baby BOY!!
We are sooo excited!!!
It was so awesome to be able to see our little one.
He didn't really want to cooperate with us this morning though.
He was sleeping in a ball and would not open up for us.
It was the perfect position to get this pee pee shot.

We couldn't get a great face shot because his legs were in front of his face,
but I LOVE this picture!
Hes a knee sucker instead of a thumb sucker.

The Doc said that everything looked perfect.
He weighs one pound now and they moved up my due date.
Who knows if it'll be moved back again, but right now we're looking at
August 7th!!
